Team SL (Senior Leadership)
Tim Woodford
Tim is our Headteacher. He started at Rownhams in September 2017. He is also our Curriculum Leader.
Lisa Phillips
Lisa coordinates our team's professional development and is our Behaviour Leader. Lisa works Monday to Wednesday.
Helen Hannam
Helen is our 'Closing the Gap' leader. She is also our Reading Leader and EYFS phase leader.
Team Office
Fiona Hoggarth
Fiona leads the admin team. She also looks after the school finances.
Kelly Herridge
Lynne is one of our very helpful admin team. She also helps manage the school finances.
Sheryl Wilkins
Sheryl is also one of our very helpful admin team. She also looks after the school medical needs.
Team Site
Charlie Abbott
Charlie is our Site Manager. He looks after and maintains the school grounds.
Gloria Brady
Glo is one of our cleaners. She works very hard to ensure our school is spick and span.
Pat Richards
Pat is one of our cleaners. She makes sure our classrooms and offices are clean and tidy.
Juliette Cromwell
Juliette is one of our cleaners. She is also the school crossing supervisor (the 'lollipop lady').

Gemma Hurst
Gemma is a midday supervisor. She started working with Team Rownhams in January 2023.
Caroline Blay
Caroline is a midday supervisor. She started working with Team Rownhams in January 2023.
Sharon Garrathy
Sharon is a midday supervisor. She started working with Team Rownhams in September 2015.

Nejat is a midday supervisor. She started working with Team Rownhams in January 2023.

Lesley is a midday supervisor. She started working with Team Rownhams in 2009.

Jo Marchant
Jo coordinates all aspects of special educational needs and disabilities.
Jo Moroney
Jo is here to support all of our families and children who need a little extra support or someone to talk to.
Leanne Tompkins
Leanne covers teachers' PPA and also supports groups and individual children.

Mel Garrod
Mel is a class teacher working in Year R. She is also our Science Subject Leader

Lisa is an learning support assistant who works in Year R. She is great with our younger children.
Fiona Alexander
Fiona is an learning support assistant working in Year R. She is also helps keep our libraries organised and tidy.

Team 1/2
Kirsten Knight
Kirsten is our Team Year 1/2 Phase Leader. She is also our Mathematics Subject Leader.
Helen Poulter
Helen is a learning support assistant who works in Team 1/2. She is great at story-telling - and a big Saints fan.
Courtney Turner
Courtney works as a learning support in Team 1/2. She has a degree in interior design.
Claire Stride
Claire is a learning support assistant in Team 1/2. She works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
Sarah Phelps
Sarah is a class teacher Team 1/2. She is also our RE and Collective Worship Leader. Sarah works Monday to Wednesday.
Ashli Dobbing
Ashli joined the team in September 2022. She has made a great start to her teaching career.
Keli Jeffries
Keli officially joined the team as a learning support assistant in January 2023. She is also a midday supervisor.
Team 3/4
Simon Warner
Simon is team leader for Year 3/4. He is also our Computing Leader and Technology Champion.
Chris Mason
Chris is the longest standing member of the team. She started working at Rownhams in 1996
Claire Renyard
Claire runs our Speech and Language programme. She also jointly leads the Musical theatre Club.
Sharon Selman
Sharon is a class teacher in Team 3/4. She also our Design Tech leader ad runs the school's Eco-Council.
Sally Shipp
Sally is brilliant with any child who may have a worry. She is one of LSAs and is also an ELSA.
Kelly Herridge
Kelly is an LSA in Team 3/4. She is nurtured trained and great at supporting children with additional needs.
Charlotte Pascall
Charlotte is a teacher in Team 3/4. She is also part-time SENDCo and leads the school choir.
Team 5/6
Lindsay Hoyle
Lindsay leads Team 5/6. She joined the team in September 2021 and is our English Subject Leader.
Nicola Brown
Nicola is a class teacher and is our PSHE Subject Leader. She works on Thursday and Friday.
Gursharan Shahi
Gurcharan is an LSA in Team 5/6. She has worked at the school since 2009.
Kelly Noel
Kelly supports children with additional needs. She is also one of our trained ELSAs.

Fay is a class teacher in Team 5/6 She is Foreign Language Subject Leader and works Monday to Wednesday.

Sue is an LSA in Team 5/6. She started at Rownhams in 2014.
