Coronavirus Update

We would like to reassure you that we are continuing to follow the guidelines from the government and reviewing regular updates provided.

This week in our Collective Worship we have been continuing on our journey through the Bible and on Monday we  learned about the Hindu celebration of Holi. Our Bible quote for the week is:

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

We would like to reassure you that we are continuing to follow the guidelines from the government and reviewing regular updates provided.

As advised by the government (12th March), if you or your child have a high temperature  or a new continuous cough do not bring your child to school. This will help to protect others in our community while you are potentially infectious.

You can read government advice on ‘when to stay at home’ in the following the link below (and screenshot to the right):

Hand Washing
Please can you remind your children of the importance of hand-washing at home and in school. We will be making sure that this is part of the school routine and reminding our children to wash their hands properly for 20 seconds.

NHS Heroes
Let’s also spare a moment to think about our amazing NHS (including our many parents and carers) and remember to keep them in our thoughts and prayers in the coming weeks and months.

The school remains open but in the event of a closure we will notify you through ParentMail and on our school Blog page here:

In the event of a closure we will provide learning materials through our Blog pages and in hard copy, where appropriate.
