We teach, model and practise the habits and routines that help children thrive, combining high expectations with strong relationships, consistent adult responses and appropriate support. Our policy explains how this approach works in practice, including routines and scripts, recognition, regulation, repair, consequences and support for individual children.
Our relational practice has been recognised through ARC Gold validation and a 2026 nomination for the ARC Alex Timpson Award by Hampshire Virtual School.
